The Mrak family has been hard at work providing an exceptional state-of-the-art facility designed in line with the global architecture scheme described as a "Terminal" facility. Audi Ottawa sits on a property with a facility totalling 80,000 square feet. Audi Ottawa houses New Vehicle Sales, Pre-owned Vehicle Sales, Service, Parts, Mark Motors Body Shop, and our Tire Hotel.

This facility's primary accent is the showroom. The showroom is complimented by a curved wall, which emulates the infamous racetrack of Nurburgring in Germany. Inside the curve you will find 14 new Audi vehicles, one of which is our highlight vehicle. Audi and Audi Ottawa also bring to you, in the naturally lit showroom area, Audi Sport. As an authorised Audi Sport dealer, we will display and sell our premium sport line, including the R8 and RS7 models.

In the design moment of Audi Ottawa, we discussed the importance of convenience and protecting our service customers from the Canadian elements. We welcome our service customers to our heated floors, service drive thru, or take advantage of our valet service. Whether you are here to treat your Audi to a refreshing service or here to glance at our new and used vehicle offerings, please pull into the service drive and we will be more than pleased to park your vehicle for you. We will return it to the service drive for your departure.

Our Service and Parts department does not stop at the simple check ups we need to do to maintain a healthy car, but also offers a range of Audi accessories and a car spa to pamper your cherished vehicle. As you tour the facility, you will find Nespresso coffee, tea(s), water, or snacks.

The facility is one measure for your accommodation, but it is nothing without the right people in place. My name is Nick Rajewski and I have taken on the role of General Manager to help develop Audi Ottawa into more than a dealership. I come with 40 years of automotive experience. My career path spanned job roles as a transport diesel mechanic, high school teacher, and two automotive manufacturers.

For the last 21.5 years, I have worked with Porsche. Whether I helped resolve technical issues on problem vehicles, helped dealers with their facility projects, developed mystery shop programs, new vehicle sales, vehicle remarketing or developed business processes, I touched all aspects. More importantly, I have a profound understanding of your needs as our customer.
